The Organisation responsible for providing Live Feed of the proceedings of the India Africa Forum Summit (IAFS) 2015 is Doordarshan (DD). DD will provide the feed at the venue or anywhere in India in full HD 1080i50 format. For sourcing the signal they can track satellite anywhere in India. The satellite parameters are as follows:

2. The desired signals can be received through the above mentioned satellite anywhere in the footprint area of INSAT 4 B i.e. all over India and then make their own arrangements for further teleport of the signals as required. In order to teleport a video feed to countries in Africa, one has to know the satellite of their choice, footprintof which is available in their areas such as Afrosat, Asiasat, Eurosat or Intelsat etc. The participating countries have to book transponders on a particular date and time for required duration on the desired satellite through the companies owning the satellite such as Asiasat, EBU or Intelsat. Teleport of the feed to individual member countries is to be arranged by the countries themselves. For that they have to hire the satellite bandwidth of their choice depending on availability of footprint of the chosen satellite. DD will provide feed through INSAT 4 B up to the Earth Station of these satellite owning countries and further turnaround is to be done by these satellite companies as per requirement of their customers.
3. DD will also provide the HD video and audio signals at the Media Centre of the Summit venue. Its further utilization or teleport is to be decided by the users.
